With a distinctive lobed “cabbage leaf” design executed in gilding on a ground of deep bleu Vincennes reserves and little sprigs of flowers and fruit, the plate captures the essence of a pattern current in the second half of the 18th century. This plate dates to the late 18th century, possibly Sevres or of German origin. Light wear to the surface, signs of age, slight discoloration to the porcelain.
