This wonderful large serving plate is made of porcelain. This plate is stamped as being made by Unger and Shilde in Germany with the Three Crowns import stamp, see pictures, and the stamp dates this piece to 1909-1916. This plate has a wonderful large silhouette with a gorgeous motif of white and pink roses on a stunning brown, orange, and white gradient background with stunning gold detailing. This piece would be wonderful for serving, or just as a gorgeous decorative piece. The measurements are: height=1 1/2" diameter=12" approx.
