Arabia's Vuokko mug features a striped pattern designed by Vuokko Nurmesniemi in 1973. True to its name, Pieni 4-raita – or "Small 4-stripe" – consists of four playful, differently colored stripes and is one of Nurmesniemi’s most iconic designs. With a capacity of 3.5 decilitres, the Vuokko mug is perfect for enjoying everything from morning coffee and afternoon tea to hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. The Arabia X Vuokko collection connects two pioneers of Finnish design: Vuokko Nurmesniemi, known for her bold textile and fashion prints, and Arabia, renowned for its clean-lined, timeless ceramics. The colorful collection features ceramic tableware, a tray, napkins and a unique glass vase – a revived design by Nurmesniemi from the 1950s.
