Evgenija Tapestry

The collection takes inspiration from North Macedonian culture where women traditionally produced their dresses by hand, creating subtle variations that would embellish an otherwise ordinary apparel item, denoting the regional affiliation. The artist transforms them into tapestries, which bear family names in homage to the ancestors of her country. Refined details and folkloric ornaments are hand-painted by the artist.
