Røros Tweed's Ida throw, designed by Anderssen & Voll, features a colorful, checkered pattern inspired by patchwork and handmade tapestries. The designers, Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll, created the pattern by making a full-scale model with pieces of colored paper – so instead of digital design or drawing, it was designed literally by hand. To honor the design process, traces of the human hand, like small imperfections and irregularities, were preserved in the final product. Røros Tweed's high-quality home textiles are made in Norway from 100% lambswool, shorn from sheep living free in the mountains.
