A two-tone twisted rope cord in matching navy and gold runs along all four sides, hand-sewn directly to the edge of the cover. Because the cord carries both dominant colors from the fabric face, the border reads as part of the composition rather than a separate decorative addition. Cover only, filler not included. The gold texture is woven into the navy fabric using metallic thread, which means the abstract pattern has a slight physical dimension rather than lying flat on the surface.
