Everyday life in Tactic, Alta Verapaz is surrounded by the world of nature. Presented by Miriam and Debora, this beautiful cushion cover showcases the motifs of Maya huipil blouses worn there. Birds, deer and human figures mingle with geometric motifs in black and red cotton, all created by hand on the backstrap loom. Hand-knotted macramé fringe surrounds the cover, which has an opening at the back to insert the cushion.
