Mediterranean Cushion

The striking decoration on this cushion was executed with a traditional technique typical of the island of Sardinia. The lighter part is weaved with the "Litzos" technique and three different yarns: wool, linen, and cotton. Every kind of thread reflects the light in a different way, poetically evoking the movement of the water in the Mediterranean sea.
