Made in the Bagh (“garden”) style, its Khaddar cotton base is almost fully covered in dense geometric silk embroidery. Hand-stitched using reverse-side darning with lustrous Pat silk, it reflects light with a jewel-like sheen. The precise “Amritsar Grid” pattern features diamond lattices and honeycomb motifs, created by counted-thread work.
