Our story begins in 1987 when, with a visionary spirit and resourcefulness, Maurizio Leo Placuzzi starts to produce the mosaics for which SICIS has become famous all over the world. Our innovative drive, combined with an innate passion for this ancient art so tied to our territory, has led us to develop our techniques and production methods.We soon began to expand, reaching all five continents, but our journey into the world of interior didn’t stop to the mosaic.The peculiarity of our surfaces gave birth to the desire to create complete environments, furnishings, lights and fabrics.
