Straight from the Paris flea markets! Lovely Art Nouveau tray or decorative plate from the 1900 Exposition-Universelle de Paris 1900. Floral, Lalique style decorations, sun rays and the Porte Monumentale with flags of this world's fair. Pot metal casting. Has very minor light wear as to be expected. It appears that the very top edge of one tulip flower has broken off but is not really noticable. Turkish, Oriental, Italianate, Moorish. A rare, beautiful piece of Parisian history.
