An English Edwardian Mahogany Gallery Serving Tray, circa 1890-1920, the oval top extensively inlaid with a central fan motif ending in bellflowers, surrounded by intertwined vines with flowers and bows, some of the element dyed a pale green. The gallery itself kicks it up a notch--instead of a simple mahogany border, this one has alternating squares of mahogany and holly. Solid brass carrying handles at either end. Excellent used condition with only a minor chip missing on the underside, as pictured. There are many gallery trays out there, but none compare to the quality and craftsmanship of this one.
