Serve rustic bread or use the bread board in carbonated ash wood as a traditional cutting board. The breadboard can be turned over if you need a smooth side. Treat the bread board with cooking oil in order to maintain it. Clean with hot water and detergent. Not suitable for dishwasher. The scent of the carbonized ash wood will be reduced with use.
