This small dressing table in fern green painted oak opens at the waist with a drawer with original lock with coat of arms entrance and key. This scrolled belt is decorated on its four sides with painted scrollwork. The tray is also decorated with flowers, acanthus leaves and an ewer decorated with plants. This top opens with two side flaps giving independent access to a storage space and with a mirror in the central part. A single lock allows the locking of these last three elements. The whole rests on whipped feet ending in bronze sabots. with its small dimensions and functionalities, this little dressing table will become the ideal companion for morning washes and those moments of well-being that we never get enough of. ******** Period: Late 18th century Good condition.
