Pair of hand-painted 1800s Edme Samson Porcelaine de Paris armorial vases with a bold coat of arms cartouche on one side and a glorious chrysanthemum cartouche on the other side, with the third and fourth sides painted with exquisite floral decorations. Crenallated pedestal bases attached with period metal fittings to give added strength to the vases. Marked with an Edme Samson mark used in the 1800s. A wonderful find.
