“The theme of this piece embodies the “Order of Space” by employing a simple geometry of a sphere subtracted from the centre of a cube. Perpendicular divisions of the combined volume result in four separate parts. Through the skilled craftsmanship of Venetian glassmakers, this design materializes into a jewel-like sculpture. This work takes the form of a group of three elements. The viewer must imagine the intentionally missing piece of the composition to complete the order of the “COSMOS”.” Tadao Ando
