The Bloom High Vase from Editions Milano is defined by its graphic use of contrasting stone, with alternating bands of Arabescato and black Marquinia marbles arranged across a clean cylindrical form. Designed by Jacopo Simonetti, the piece was conceived as a soliflore, proportioned to hold a single stem or a small arrangement. Handcrafted in Italy, the vase demonstrates the precision required to work two different stones into a unified object. Because of marble's natural porosity, a separate inner container is recommended when used with water.
