Bottiglia #1 Bottle-Shaped Coppery Ceramic Vase

Part of the Hug-Abbraccio Collection of bottle-shaped pieces originally conceived by Carla Legs, this faience vase is a triumph of glimmering warm shades. A deep study on enamels was conducted to mark the whole series with special decorations, here obtained from the combination of layers of copper oxides with selenium red enamel before undergoing a special second reduction firing. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
