This vase is directly inspired by the Egyptian canopic jars; it is an ironic and contemporary reinterpretation of an ancestral object, the tutelary deity of domestic quiet. The rabbit is in fact a symbol of abundance, prosperity and longevity and more simply a beautiful animal.
