Empire is a ceramic vase.‎ The series is made of ceramic as it is a natural product, hand-glazed; the colors may vary slightly, and although it is not 100% waterproof, a bag for fresh flowers is included.‎ Each piece is hand-painted with a brush up to four times to achieve a soft, brushed surface with a patinated texture similar to suede.‎
