Since 1997, he has been a key figure in the fields of design and interior furnishings, became a restaurateur in 2005, and in 2008, together with his closest friends, founded CINQUESEGNI, an innovative and forward-thinking winery.Onofrio’s journey began in the world of ceramics, where he had the privilege of taking his first creative steps in the workshop founded by his parents in 1982. This humble space, nestled in the garage of their home in a small town in the province of Salerno, was where he grew up surrounded by the vibrant energy of a small artisanal lab. Immersed in this atmosphere, he developed a profound passion for ceramics—a material of endless potential—and cultivated his creativity from an early age.Onofrio has never distanced himself from this art form. Although the family workshop eventually grew into a ceramic production company and later evolved into an industrial business, he has consistently remained connected to his roots. His enduring passion for craftsmanship drives him to create handmade sculptures, vases, and paintings, using only the most traditional and rudimentary techniques.
