Giant Solitude' is taken from 'Fold', a series by Completedworks that traces elements of choreography while simultaneously alluding to chance and serendipity. As such, this white ceramic piece combines creases, bends and curves for a dramatic silhouette that conveys movement and fluidity, and also nods to the application of drapery in the history of painting, using various types of folds to communicate different narratives.
