The Blue Pallo vase was designed for Skruf, the historic Swedish glassmakers that specialises in high-quality blown glass, and made exclusively for Poltrona Frau in the special midnight blue colour.‎ A deep colour that exalts the beauty of the hand-blown glass, offering a glimpse of its transparency.‎ Several vases can be positioned next to each other to create striking overlapping and light effects.‎ The Poltrona Frau logo and the designer’s signature are inscribed on the bottom of vase.‎The Blue Pallo vase has a strong and elegant spirit.‎ Its spherical shape and generous spout make it an object of great decorative value as well as both graphical and minimalist in style.‎ Blue Pallo is an evocative example of Carina Seth Andersson’s design research.‎ Her careful study of dimensions translates into an original balance between simplicity and meaningful form.‎
