Jana

Denoted by clean lines and hand-crafted, the Jana vases are a collection that was designed for Cappellini by Antonio Forteleoni.‎These vases are made of black earth, forged by hand on a pottery wheel, and available in two different shapes and dimensions.‎ The markedly traditional design is of Sardinian origin, revised and redesigned with a contemporary edge, yet the the allure of the patina has been conserved, evolving over time to enhance both the colour and finish.‎Jana vases are the manifestation of the ancient art of ceramics: any imperfection in the colour or finish should be considered a precious attribute.‎
