Created in a collaboration between designers Nicolaj Nøddesbo and Tommy Hyldahl, this artistic vase references Japanese tea bowls with its pedestal-like base and elliptical shape. Plus, the design perfectly suits ikebana arrangements, so you can display dried flowers and decorative plants in an artistic way. This version of the Kabin vase also boasts a fascinating texture, created by highly skilled ceramicists. The circle pattern looks gorgeous from afar; up close, you can appreciate the talent of the artisans fully. Intricate circular shapes in subtly different sizes give the vase not only a bold look, but also an exceptionally tactile surface. Crafted by hand, the 101 Copenhagen Kabin Vase, Shisen is made from ceramic with a hand-glazed finish. A bag for fresh flowers is included, as this sculptural vase is not 100% waterproof. This design is also available with a smooth finish.
