This series of transparent lidded vases by Produzione Privata is the vision of esteemed designer-architect Michele De Lucchi. With its temple-like silhouettes, 'Kado' is named after the road to spiritual elevation according to Zen, or "the way of the flowers". Vases are artisanally made from borosilicate glass, and feature a narrow spout which guides stems for poised, minimalist displays. The stackable lids also feature a cap, allowing the vase to be used as a receptacle. The 'Kado 13' can be displayed alone, in multiple, or alongside the 'Kado 11', to create a clean and elegant temple landscape.
