Opti Tall Vase

Defne Koz finds a way to conjure emotions and sensations with seemingly simple aesthetics. Doing just that, the Opti Tall Vase from Nude uses hand-carved crystalline glass as a conduit to tell her design story, one based on her Turkish roots and appreciation of Italian culture and design. Any floral arrangement slotted inside creates an instant art piece as its colors and lines are textured up by the rhythmic pattern of its glasses’ surface. The hand-carved linear pattern helps emphasize the soft curves of the spacious form.
