De Poli is known as the Italian enamel master and collaborated with Gio Ponti and other Italian contemporaries to design the best enameled metal objects of the time. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
