This set of three high-quality studio ceramic art vases was created by the ceramist Ika Schilbock (1926-2021) in Germany during the 1970s. Two of these beautiful bottle-shaped vases feature ceramic caps. Ika Schilbock founded her Studio in Freiburg im Breisgau, which was located on the island in the middle of the old town. In the early years she worked for Monika Maetzel in Hamburg during her apprenticeship. Early on, she took part in the great Concorso Internationale della Ceramica d'Arte of Faenza, Italy.
