French designer Frederick Gautier translates brutalist architecture into a series of arresting objects for the home. Drawing inspiration from colossal modernist forms, each vase in this collection for Serax can be interpreted as a building in miniature. Cast from cement, this tubular desisgn creates a strong presence with its sculptural, faceted form. Defined by eight radial panels, its geometric shape is accentuated by a raw surface texture and gray concrete hue. The 'Vase 01 Fck' vase takes on a new identity when filled with fresh or dried florals, and can be displayed as an impressive sculpture in its own right.
