Vaso n. 173 is a medium ceramic vase featuring a distinctive marble effect created through a manual technique that integrates powdered ceramic pigments into raw clay. This method produces a natural breccia pattern in turquoise and terracotta tones, intrinsic to the material rather than surface-applied. The vase is unglazed to enhance its tactile quality and natural porous texture, finished with shellac and natural wax. It is fired at medium temperature and not suitable for holding water. Each piece shows unique variations in texture and shading, reflecting its artisanal origin.
