Veronese Gold Vase

This eye-catching vase is the most precious piece of the Art Collection. It is handcrafted of mouth-blown crystal with "sommerso" gold, a striking chromatic effect obtained through a complex process where the glass object is immersed in transparent glass of a different color (in this case gold) to create an overlaying thick transparent glass. This piece features an oval body with a footed pedestal and a flared rim. The body is entirely covered with more than a thousand 24 kt gold tesserae for a striking, precious finish that is elegant and timeless.
