Beautiful detail on Luigi Kasimir's Philadelphia's Independence Hall etching. Protected under glass in exquisite frame. Some imperfections since it's 100 years old, but no damage to the etching. Austrian etcher and painter Luigi Kasimir (1881-1962) attended the Vienna Academy of Art where he studied under William Unger, who introduced him to colored etching.
