A lovely vintage First Edition period black and white lithograph (print) after drawing "Sleep" by American artist and art critic Alexander Brook (1898-1980). Comes from a First Edition art folio of original period pieces published in 1939. Signed in the print. Very detailed and realistic. The published even had to put a mark "REPRO" under the image for it not to be mistaken with the original signed by the artist drawing. Publisher copy on the back. Excellent condition - minor edge wear, never framed.
