A stunning First Edition full-color print of painting "Nafea Faa-Ipoipo" ("When Will You Marry?", 1892) by Paul Gauguin. Comes from a rare first limited edition folio published by Albert Skira, in the 1940s in Swtzerland. Signed in the print: "NAFEA Faa-Ipoipo". Printed on one side. Hand tipped-in on a board of heavy paper. Mounted on a larger board of vintage wove paper for display and protection. Information regarding the original artwork will be found by lifting the piece.
