Drawing outside of the Philadelphia Art Museum along the Schuylkill River by Vermont artist Frank Wallace (1915/18-2003). Double sided with a view of Center City and City Hall. Wallace was born in Toledo, Ohio and grew ip in Massachusetts attending Phillips Academy and Amherst College. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia (1939-40) and the Art Students League in New York (1945) before earning his Masters in art education from NYU in 1948.
