From the estate of Chicago artist James Frederic Bone (1929-2015). Signed lower right and titled lower left. Bone wrote a note on the back saying it was drawn during his time at the University of Arkansas Monticello and dates in 1954-1963. Bone was born in Brownsville, Texas and moved to the Hyde Park section of Chicago, IL in the 1970s. He earned an MFA from the University of Arkansas circa 1960.
