A lovely Cottage Style First Edition period Impressionist full-color print of painting "The Berlioz House and the Hunting Lodge of Henri IV" (circa 1917) by French artist Maurice Utrillo (1883-1955). Comes from a First Limited Edition art folio published in the 1950s. Signed in the plate, at the lower right corner: "Maurice Utrillo, V." Printed on one side. Hand tipped on a board of heavy paper.
