A decidedly modern Greek painting, circa 1960's, signed at lower left "Panos", the complex imagery featuring faces, Ferris wheel, old-time bicycle, cat, a scantily-clad woman; the more one looks, the more one sees. The medium is gouache on paper; measurements 18" by 23 1/2" (22 3/4" by 29" in complementary, pleasing distressed-style whitish wood frame. There are small losses scattered about, and some larger losses, as shown in the close-ups; but the composition being so busy and complex, they are not very visible to the casual viewer. I have not located information on this talented artist.
