Seabirds drift overhead and a wooden dinghy rests on the rocky shore in the foreground. The painting is signed by the artist (appears to read "Peltin" or similar) in the lower right corner. It is presented in a gorgeous heavy carved wood frame and it is in excellent vintage condition. The framed dimensions measure 28" W x 23.5" H x 1.875" D.
