This one is his interpretation of the classic poem credited to Kino Tomonori. The picture lyrically captures the love hidden in the heart of the woman in mauve, standing deep-hearted in the snowy twilight enduring the cold breeze from the river bed. The little girl is curious-eyed as much to ask where in he world her mistress is going.
