One fleshy white limb supports the tub while the other is holding the black string of hair just washed, rinsing the end of it in the tub water. Another woman is combing her newly washed wet plume. Like the lazy flow of the spring brook, their ravel hair keeps its leisurely shimmering in motion in the hands of the two women.
