From the estate of Chicago artist James Frederic Bone (1929-2015). Signed and dated lower right, titled "Couple" lower left. Inscribed on the back "The 'lonely guy' syndrome - Lovely ass." Bone was born in Brownsville, Texas and moved to the Hyde Park section of Chicago, IL in the 1970s. He earned an MFA from the University of Arkansas circa 1960.
