Behind them, tall apartment blocks rise in muted yellow and cream, their flat walls punctuated by chimneys and rooflines silhouetted against a pale blue sky. The streets are empty, save for a lone streetlamp and utility box, lending the scene a still, almost cinematic quality. The style blends modernist simplification with a touch of naïve precision, reducing architectural forms to bold, geometric planes while retaining enough detail to suggest texture and age.
