An exceptional vintage heavily textured abstract impasto oil painting on canvas. It appears to have been painted with a palette knife by applying, layering, crudely mixing, and spreading thick paint. This technique adds plenty of texture and visual interest to the painting. The art is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner “Dave Cherry 1971”. (see photos).
