Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a really fun abstract piece featuring a unique midcentury pattern executed with acrylic on canvas. It is signed and dated “P. Keil ‘77” in the lower right corner and a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist is adhered to the verso. The art is in excellent condition with no flaws or chips to the paint.
