This is an original print with bas relief. The fun colors are classic 80's or early 90's, but also very part of a resurging trend in post modernist design. The signature in the bottom left says "Marvin", and notes on the back of the piece indicate that it came from a gallery called Artmaster Studios in San Fernando, Los Angeles, California. And it appears that they were call this an Embossed Serigraph. The framing is pretty fabulous, but it could also take on a different feeling if it were in a neutral frame.
