A 1990s paper on masonite collage by the American artist Anthony Louis Popcheff (1954-2003). Titled Clouds Over Kazimir, this abstract work is round in shape and features layers on colorful paper in yellow, green, blue, purple, gray, and black. Initialed on the edge, the work is also signed, titled, and dated 1993/94 to the verso. The work is unframed. Anthony "Tony" Louis Popcheff was born in Colorado and was a self employed artist. He graduated from John Herron School of art in 1985 and had a thirty year affiliation with Editions Limited and Alliance Gallery Indianapolis Museum of Art.
