Splendid 19th century oil on board painting. This charming original painting depicts a young boy surrounded by chickens, and his trusty terrier by his side. Absolutely adorable. Dimensions 10" x 13". Elaborately carved and gilded frame dimensions 17 3/4" x 20 1/2". Very good antique condition, with minimal scuffing to extreme edge from frame rub. The painting is loosely fitted in the frame (see pics)
