We are selling this fine little seascape painting in a great little frame. This 19th century painting is executed in oil paint on an artist cardboard panel, it is of a rough and stormy sea near a outcrop of rocks. The painting is signed in the lower left J. Ros. and dated 3. 63, we believe maybe March of 1863. We are not sure who the artist might be but there is also more difficult to read information on the back. Condition: General antique wear.
